To provide you with the best candidates, Brightwater Support will fully and competently interview every candidate. We will also:
Discuss your company and role with every candidate BEFORE sending you their CV.
Within 48 hours of receiving a detailed brief, we will send you suitable candidates or provide an effective alternative approach.
Provide interview feedback within 24 hours.
Brightwater Support Consultants endeavour to take every call. If they are unavailable, someone will be back to you within 24 hours.
Brightwater Support will advise and negotiate on your behalf to provide the best solution when offer stage is reached.

Brightwater Support will strive to reach every customer target set. If in a rare instance we have not achieved these high standards, we ask you to please contact a Manager or Director immediately. I'm sure this won't be necessary.

Brightwater Support, part of the Brightwater Group, was established in Dublin in April 2005. The company was set up to provide a high quality recruitment service in the areas of Office Support, Sales, Marketing, Retail for both temporary and permanent positions. Our clients include many of the leading Irish and Multinational companies in Ireland; small, medium and large. We service these through our network of offices in Dublin, Belfast and Cork (opening Autumn 2007).

Brightwater Support provides a Recruitment Consultancy service in a traditional agency style field. We currently recruit Office, Sales & Marketing and Retail professionals. The company is dedicated to be the best, fairest, committed, intelligent...the best recruitment company in Ireland.

Since our inception, Brightwater Support could not have gone better – our consultants, our clients, and our growth! We opened Brightwater Support in Belfast in May 2006 and we have great plans for the future.
