Brighwater Support is highly proactive company that has an aggressive marketing strategy to get the best candidates in the market.  In 2006, Brightwater Group spent nearly €1.8m on marketing.  We run open days, sponsor and attend events with institutes and colleges, speak with our candidates regularly.  We also advertise on the recruitment websites, print media, radio media, and mailshot.  Our clients benefit from this directly by seeing a consistent flow of quality candidates.
