The Company
The Company is a leading high street brand, targeting 18 to 30 years-old fashion conscious females. They have over 151 outlets in almost 20 countries worldwide. With plans for further expansion, they currently employ over 200 people in Ireland.
They are currently looking for 2 Concession Managers – one based in Dublin City Centre and one based in Cork South.
The Role
- Managing and training staff
- Staff rostering
- Stock management and order control
- Customer service
- Managing budgets and ensuring store meets target
- General maintenance/management of the store
The Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience in fashion retail is necessary.
- Ambitious, outgoing and determined to succeed.
- Strong operational skills and business acumen.
- Ability to lead a team in a customer facing, target driven environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
The Package
- Basic salary: €22-24,000
- Uniform allowance
