French & Italian-speaking Technical Customer Service

The Role
- First point of contact for all French & Italian customers – orders, deliveries, credit requests, claims and general information.
- Support to the Export Director with regards to sales info., statistics, reports, customers mailshots.
- Liaison with the New Product Department team re. the design process.
- Become educated and informed on all export products in order to guide customers, installers and end consumers.
- Develop and build close working relationships with New Product Development, Sales & Marketing departments to relate business and market trends.
The Candidate
- Fluency, both oral and written, in Italian, French and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in the export industry would be a significant advantage.
- Strong technical background or interest in DIY.
- Willingness to travel to Europe.
- Good team player.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
